MomSub Options

MomSub Basic

This is our original free matching service.

It works great for moms seeking weekly care, especially those hard-to-fill positions that are part-time, nights, weekends, overnights and flexible hours.

You submit your information and request when and where you need child care and how much you can pay.

Nannies also submit their information and when they are available.

Our proprietary algorithm recommends one vetted match who fits your needs and criteria, and you choose the day and time for a virtual meeting with your recommended provider. We confirm everyone will be there!

If it's a good fit, you book your provider by paying MomSub. You can start with one day or one week as a trial.

If all goes well with the trial, you receive an invoice from MomSub and pay online in advance each week. You submit any schedule updates directly to MomSub, and we adjust the invoices and confirm your provider can accommodate your schedule changes.

You tell us the hourly rate you can afford, and what you pay includes a low $1 per hour service fee to cover everything we handle. All the rest goes directly to the MomSub child care provider. The low service fee includes background checks, rate negotiation, searching our roster, advertising to grow our sitter list, scheduling and guiding interviews, booking providers, confirming all sessions, invoicing, online payments, credit card transaction costs, direct deposit to providers, tax forms to providers, calendar updates, and ongoing communication to make the process smooth and easy.

MomSub Premium

This is our subscription service.

It works great for moms seeking weekly care who need a backup option when their regular provider is not available.

You receive all the same services as MomSub Basic in addition to the guarantee that we provide a vetted backup provider for those days and times when your regular provider is not available.

If you want a backup provider and will give us at least 24 hours' notice (like vacation relief), you pay $50 per month for Premium.

If you want an emergency provider with at least 2 hours' notice (like illness), you pay $100 per month for Premium.

To be in the program, you must be an existing MomSub Basic customer and pay the Premium monthly fee by the 1st of every month, and then you are eligible to request backup or emergency care throughout the month.

MomSub Deluxe

This is our nanny placement service.

It works great for moms who are seeking to do extensive research on many candidates before hiring a permanent nanny, especially those who need someone full-time and can pay a top rate.

We get detailed information from you about all of the criteria you are seeking and run ads to find many suitable, experienced nannies who fit your requirements.

You pay an upfront research fee of $500 to receive resumes of at least 10 suitable nannies.

We can run background checks, interview references by phone and share a summary of the results at a cost of $200 per candidate.

We can conduct and record virtual interviews with candidates and share the videos with you at a cost of $100 per interview. We can ask the questions you request as well as others we recommend.

We can arrange and confirm in-person interviews that you conduct at your home at a cost of $50 per interview.

If you want to hire one of the candidates from our list and pay them directly yourself, you pay a $3000 success fee.

If you want MomSub to handle the invoicing, online payments, credit card transaction costs, direct deposit to providers, tax forms to providers, calendar updates, and ongoing communication to resolve issues, you pay MomSub in advance each week. We pay the entire hourly rate directly to the provider and add a low $1 per hour service fee.

If you want the guarantee that we provide a vetted backup provider for those days and times when your regular provider is not available, you can add our Premium subscription service.

MomSub Corporate

This is our workplace service.

It works great for parents who need extra help finding, arranging, managing and paying for child care that's necessary in order for them to do their best at their job. If this sounds like you, please send the name and phone number of your employer to diane@momsub.com.

It also works great for employers who need to improve retention, recruitment and productivity and reduce absenteeism. 

Employers pay a flat monthly fee for their employees to have access to MomSub Premium or Deluxe.

Employers also have the option to contribute to their employees' child care costs, from 10% to 100%.
