Background Check Form

We're so glad you're interested in joining our community of caregivers!

We want everyone to feel comfortable that all our providers are safe, so we run background checks on our MomSubs. We complete our preliminary check of public records (including charges, warrants, and arrests) before your interview.

As with all our MomSubs, we require you to fill out the information below and submit it through this secure form. If you don't have a driver's license, you are still eligible for positions that don't require driving. Just submit your state ID.

The one-time cost for the background check is $19.95. NO payment is due for the background check until a parent requests to meet you. When you are scheduled for an in-person trial, you will receive an invoice for this charge.

We do not charge child care providers for access to our platform, but we have found that nannies who pay for their background check are more likely to take the job offer seriously and show up for their in-person trial and their scheduled work shifts.
