BRAND AMBASSADOR
Ideal candidate is someone sociable who enjoys spending time online interacting with parents and helping them.
This is a part-time, permanent, contract position (1099) that can be done entirely remotely.
Brand Ambassador can design their own weekly schedule with hours ranging from 5 to 10 per week.
Pay starts at $50 per week with opportunities for bonuses, depending on results, up to $200 per week.
Duties:
- Join and maintain active memberships in at least 20 private Facebook Mom Groups near your home
- Leave a comment or send a private message recommending MomSub when a parent posts a request for a nanny
- Leave a comment or send a private message recommending MomSub when a nanny posts a request seeking work
- Provide daily digital printout showing personal Facebook Activity Log verifying at least 30 comments per day
Requirements:
- Personal Facebook profile created more than a year ago
- Must live in one of the Top 50 US Metro Areas (such as Chicago, Phoenix, Austin, Milwaukee, etc.)
- Must follow and respect the rules of each private Facebook Mom group you join and comment in
- Must have good communication skills to reply appropriately to responses

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Ideal candidate is someone very organized who knows how to set up, follow and maintain systems for running smooth operations.
This is a part-time, permanent, contract position (1099).
Executive Assistant can design their own weekly schedule with hours ranging from 10 to 20 per week.
Pay is $15-$20 per hour depending on experience.
Duties:
- Create and manage an efficient workflow to maximize revenue
- Split time between tasks
- Handle communications with customers, vendors, partners and others
- Communicate through phone calls, texts and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Organize and maintain digital files and records
- Monitor, track and send invoices and payments
- Move leads from form fill to weekly paying customer using existing systems
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace like Gmail, Google Docs, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to schedule appointments with customers & gig workers
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Prefer experience with other tech tools like Google Workspace, Square, Wix, MailChimp, Canva, QuickBooks, etc.
